Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owners.
2. How KenyaSMS Uses Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the KenyaSMS service:
- Session cookies — keep you logged into the admin dashboard.
- CSRF tokens — protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery attacks.
- Filament panel cookies — remember your sidebar collapse state and theme (light/dark) preference.
- Two-factor authentication tokens — remember trusted devices you've explicitly opted in for.
3. Third-Party Trackers
KenyaSMS does not currently use third-party advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, or social media pixels on the customer-facing portal. Marketing pages may use privacy-respecting analytics — see our Privacy Policy for the current list.
4. Managing Cookies
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging into your KenyaSMS account.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we ever introduce additional cookies (for example, an analytics tool or a third-party support widget), we will update this page and, where required by law, prompt you for consent.
