We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone number, company name), payment information processed through M-Pesa and PesaPal, SMS content and recipient data for message delivery, and usage data and API logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our SMS services, process payments and generate tax invoices (eTIMS), communicate service updates and support, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Data Retention

SMS logs are retained for a limited period for delivery tracking and billing purposes. Financial records are retained as required by Kenyan tax law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted API keys, two-factor authentication, IP whitelisting for enterprise accounts, and secure payment processing.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We share data with SMS network providers (Safaricom, Airtel, Telkom) for message delivery, payment processors (M-Pesa, PesaPal) for transactions, and Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) for tax compliance via eTIMS. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your Rights

Under Kenyan data protection laws, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to processing of your data.
